Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy is a structured, evidence-based, and collaborative treatment approach involving psychological techniques to address emotional, behavioral, and cognitive challenges. Psycho-diagnostic / Psychometric Assessment

These assessments are grounded in the principles of psychometrics, which ensure reliability, validity, and objectivity in evaluating specific constructs such as intelligence, aptitude, emotional functioning, and personality. Group Therapy - Āarambh
Group therapy is a structured psychotherapeutic approach in which one or more trained mental health professionals facilitate therapeutic interactions among a group of individuals who share similar psychological concerns, life challenges, or treatment goals. It utilizes group dynamics and interpersonal processes to foster self-awareness, emotional growth, and problem-solving skills. Group therapy can be applied across various theoretical frameworks, such as cognitive-behavioural, psychodynamic, or humanistic, and is designed to provide support, feedback, and shared experiences within a confidential and safe environment.
Intern-ship
Internship is a structured, supervised, and time-limited professional learning experience designed to provide individuals with practical, hands-on training in a specific field or discipline. It bridges the gap between academic education and real-world application, enabling interns to gain relevant skills, industry knowledge, and workplace competencies.
